What kind of support do you provide?
We offer hands-on managed support alongside a detailed help centre. Our team can run your feeds for you, or you can manage everything yourself using our self-service tools.

How long is the contract?
No long-term contract. Our plans run month to month, and you can cancel at any time by contacting us or removing the data from your account.

How many users can I add to my account?
No user limit. Invite as many team members as you need and set custom permissions for each one, so you control who can view or edit each part of your account.

Can you work with a custom-built website?
Yes. We connect to custom APIs and any standard feed format. If neither is available, our built-in crawler pulls product data straight from your website.

Are there any limits?
We set generous default quotas for schedules, downloads, and other usage metrics. If you need more, we can raise any quota for a small additional fee.

What countries do you support?
We work with customers worldwide, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and across Europe. You can deliver feeds to any channel, in any language or currency, wherever you sell.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. You can start a 7 day free trial with full access to the platform. Contact us if you need more time to evaluate or want a guided walkthrough before you begin.

Can I migrate from another feed management tool?
Yes. We regularly onboard customers from other platforms. Share your current feeds, rules, and mappings with us, and we can replicate your setup in Feedoptimise so you do not start from scratch.

Do I need technical skills to use Feedoptimise?
No. The platform has a visual interface for creating, modifying, and filtering feeds, so marketing and e-commerce teams can manage everything without a developer. If you prefer, our managed service team can run your feeds for you.

How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to new enquiries within one business day, often the same day. Existing customers can also open a support ticket from inside the app for direct access to our team.
