About Feedoptimise
Engineering-led feed management platform, built to put advanced technology within reach of every retailer, enterprise and agency
We're a team of computer and programming geeks building product feed management and optimization tools that can scale and adapt quickly to the new emerging technologies and standards, used directly by digital marketing agencies and e-commerce retailers around the world.
Operating since 2011, we invest in engineering first, which lets us put advanced feed technology in the hands of agencies, retailers, growing brands, and enterprise catalogs alike, at a price point that sets us apart.
Our platform is horizontally distributed and built to scale, from a few hundred SKUs to millions of products across hundreds of feeds and dozens of channels. Extensibility sits in the core architecture rather than being bolted on later, so adding a new channel template, source type, or optimization rule is a matter of hours, not weeks of planning.
That is what lets us pioneer Agentic Feed Management and multi-LLM AI Feed Optimization, as well as ship new integrations, AI-powered tooling, and platform improvements at a pace our competitors struggle to match.
Feed management platform built for the future
-
First and only product feed management platform with a public MCP server
Feedoptimise launched the first public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for feed management, bringing agentic feed management into Claude and ChatGPT. Connect your account and run audits, fix disapprovals and sync channels by chatting with your AI assistant. As of April 2026, no other product feed management platform offers a public MCP server.
-
Industry-first AI Feed Agent for agentic feed management
We launched the first AI Feed Agent for product feeds. It reads your feed configuration, answers questions on rules and mappings, runs audits, and helps diagnose and resolve feed issues across Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok, Bing and more. This is agentic feed management in practice: an AI agent that acts on your feeds, not just a chatbot beside them.
-
Feeds as a knowledge base for AI shopping agents
As Google Shopping turned agentic, we helped retailers prepare feeds for conversational, intent-driven discovery. The feed becomes the structured knowledge base that AI shopping agents read from, so product data quality decides whether you get found.
-
Live in ChatGPT shopping from day one
When OpenAI opened product listings inside ChatGPT, we supported it on day one. Merchants reach ChatGPT search and direct checkout using their existing Feedoptimise feed, with no separate catalogue to maintain.
-
AI product image editing at scale with Google Gemini (Nano Banana)
Among the very first to support it, we added Google Gemini (Nano Banana) to our modifiers toolkit and showed 10 ways to bulk-edit product images: colour variants, new angles, lifestyle swaps, smart crops and Shop-the-Look sets, hosted in your own cloud storage and generated using our platform at scale.
-
Self-hosted open-source AI model, free on every plan
We rolled out a self-hosted open-source LLM (Qwen), running on our own servers and included free on every plan. Your data never leaves our infrastructure, adding a fully private option alongside commercial models like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude.
-
First product feed management platform with multi-LLM connectivity
We added Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini as selectable models, alongside OpenAI ChatGPT. Retailers can pick the LLM that best fits each feed task, from title rewrites to description generation, making Feedoptimise the first product feed management platform with multi-LLM connectivity.
-
AI A/B tested product titles
One of the first to pair OpenAI with automated A/B testing: generate three title versions per product, measure performance, and adopt the best automatically to lift Google Shopping traffic and conversions.
-
ChatGPT inside your product feeds
We integrated OpenAI into the platform so retailers can optimise titles, descriptions and content automatically. One of the first feed tools to make AI content optimisation practical, well ahead of the wider market.
-
Certified Google CSS partner
We became a certified Google Comparison Shopping Service partner. EU and UK merchants list through our CSS to remove Google's auction margin and cut Google Shopping CPCs by up to 20%, included with our feed management plans.
-
Feed management at marketplace scale: 250 million products a day
A large marketplace chose our platform to manage product feeds across multiple channels, processing 250 million products daily. We used Apache Kafka as the streaming broker to deliver updates in real time at that scale.
-
Item-level feed performance analytics
We launched an item-centric reporting and analytics engine, consolidating clicks, CTR, CPC, ROAS and profitability from Google Ads, Analytics and shopping carts, so customers measure feed performance at the product level.
-
First NYSE-listed enterprise customer
A New York Stock Exchange listed enterprise trusted us to manage their product feeds, an early and high-profile vote of confidence from a publicly traded business.
-
An early bet on semantic search
One of our first articles broke down rich snippets and structured data, arguing search would move toward semantic meaning. That thinking shaped how we treat feeds as structured knowledge, years before it became standard.
-
Hello World: Feedoptimise founded
Feedoptimise started out helping online retailers manage and optimise product data feeds across Google Shopping (then Google Product Search), Amazon, eBay, comparison engines, affiliates and other channels, treating feed quality as a core performance driver.
