Feedoptimise operates a flexible monthly subscription pay-as-you-go arrears billing model allowing you to scale your costs depending on your campaign requirements and business needs at a given moment in time.

To further clarify how it works, we have explained all the parts of your monthly bill with us below.

  1. Plan

Each account requires a plan and the full list of plans available currently can be seen at any time under our pricing page. Plans are decided based on the number of items you planning on importing on average with an upper limit different per plan to help with budgeting controls.

Each plan consists of the following payable components listed below:

    1. Account retainer

Each account with an active/paused/preview-state source or a feed includes the account retainer fee. Account retainer provides the account with default Customisations (as defined in Clause 1.4) as well as support options.

    2. Sources

Enable you to import and auto-sync your data into our platform, they establish data import capabilities and modifications.

You are allowed to only import data from one domain per plan with the exception of localisation e.g. .co.uk, .com, .pl …

      1. Sources are divided into the following types:

        1. Primary – main source of the data, required in a primary-supplemental setups
        2. Supplemental – optional extra data implemented on top of the Primary
      2. Sources are being billed for when in one of the following states:

        1. Active – Source is being updated and triggers feed syncs as per the schedule set
        2. Paused – Source is not being updated and doesn't trigger feed syncs
    3. Feeds

Enable you to export your product details and connect with the relevant platforms.

      1. Feeds are being billed for when in the one of the following states:

        1. Active – Feed is being updated and triggers connectors
        2. Paused – Feed is not being updated and doesn't triggers connectors

    4. Customisations

Additional features you can enable to provide extra services or to increase your plan limits.

  2. Free Trial

During the first 7 days from the date of account creation, the account will not incur any charges. This free trial can be used only once per user or billed company. Once the trial period is over, a valid payment method will be required to continue using the services.

  3. Fees Calculation and Recurrence

The pricing model for the services provided under one of our plans shall be charged on a monthly basis. However, the billing shall be based on a proportional daily rate. This means that the monthly charge shall be divided by the number of days in the month to determine the daily rate, which shall then be multiplied by the number of days the services were provided during that month. The client shall therefore only be charged for the services that were actually provided, on a daily basis, rather than a flat monthly fee.

The monthly bill is issued and cleared against your active payment method on the 1st of each month.

  4. Feedoptimise-AI requests

Each plan, including during the Free Trial, includes a monthly allowance of Feedoptimise-AI requests for our self-hosted AI modifiers, equal to twice the item limit of your plan. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month and unused requests do not carry over. One request is one prompt sent to the model, regardless of the amount of data or the number of images it includes. Outputs served from cache do not use requests.

You can raise your monthly limit in increments of 2,000 requests, priced as listed on our pricing page. We will not raise your limit without your consent. An increment is charged in full, only in months in which your usage reaches it, and is billed in arrears on the 1st of the following month rather than at a proportional daily rate. When you reach your monthly limit, the platform displays a warning and new requests are not processed until the limit resets or you raise it. Items use their previously cached output where available, and otherwise the original value from your source data.

  5. Stopping your plan fees

To stop your plan fees, remove all sources and feeds that are in an active or paused state. Fees cease from that point. Your options for closing your account, including asking us to close it for you, are set out in the Termination section of our Terms of Use.
